does "no war" denote a different attitude towards americans?
Dalat wasn't important to either side during the war. They just grow a lot of vegetables and flowers here... All year round.
Also, prior to the Minority tribes cutting down significant amounts of rainforest for significantly small amounts of money, the climate here has changed drastically. It used to frost here all winter, now, just 2 or 3 times...
